And any can easily destress at first by movement (for example to have a run or to vacuum apartment) and then to have a sleep. I read books about animals when was a child. There different animal after eating, went to bed. I think this it is very correct for health. Do you afraid of gaining weight? So eat before the sleep oranges, instead of porridge or meat!
