The Chinese court has adjudged French Schneider Electric company guilty of use patented by local Chint Group technologies. Schneider Electric was fined in 335 million yeans (about 44 million dollars). The Most unusual in this situation in my opinion is that exactly the Chinese company sues in infringement of intellectual property rights - more often in such hearing of cases or causes Chinese companies act as respondents as the level of piracy production here is one of the highest in the world.
