I am the big BMW cars fan. The BMW company has started to make its cars in 70th years. Till 90s the company launched only the third, the fifth, the sixth and of course the seventh series. But since 90s a jeep appears on the market. It hardly can be named a jeep though - it looks more like a crossover. X5 successfully was on sale till 2007 then it was decided to replace it with more advanced model of this series. New X5 was named an icon of its time.

Today I found this news about Subaru Tribeca.
For the first time this car was launched in the 2006, but soon it was phased out because its too extravagant appearance.
As for me it’s too resembles Porsche jeep. It’s strange but new Subaru Tribeca has nothing special, and on the contrary even irritates with its ordinariness. Will see what the fastidious Americans will say about this car and how they’ll buy it.
In general the Japanese want to abandon the petrol cars production at all in the near future.
