Today I have slept very well. My mood is excellent and I'm ready to do a lot of work. I wish to make something not only for myself, but also for other people. If I'm awoken in the morning - then all the day long develops badly. Therefore I perfectly understand those people who likes to have a sleep.
It seems to me, what even doctors could not prescribe recipes, but convince the patient to have a sleep, after all many our diseases are because of nerves. And any can easily destress at first by movement (for example to have a run or to vacuum apartment) and then to have a sleep. I read books about animals when was a child. There different animal after eating, went to bed. I think this it is very correct for health. Do you afraid of gaining weight? So eat before the sleep oranges, instead of porridge or meat!

It's a usual story, sad it may seem: We have the same situation - as soon as snow melts and the wood dries up, fires which extend on thousand hectares begin. Several years ago more than month everything was covered with a smoke, so densely, that even the sun was not visible! If to count up the cost of the burnt down wood - it was possible to maintain the whole army of firemen for this money.

Yesterday my friend invited me go for a spin in his Subaru: the snow allowed estimating its running characteristics in full. It is necessary to say, test-drive has surpassed the most courageous expectations, the car on slippery road behaves amazingly. Perhaps I'm ready to agree: Subaru Symmetrical AWD really surpasses
similar systems of other manufacturers. I've reflected on purchasing Subaru… it remained only to convince the wife! :)

Those who changes bright mind for any dope - whether it is alcohol or drugs - are mad by definition. And not taverns are guilty in this.

I attenede yesterday a lecture on loss of weight. A Chinese doctor was speaking in public. As it turned to be everything I did before is wrong from the point of view of the Chinese medicine. The tea and juices proved to be food too. I shall try his method, this guy was so amicably speaking.Probably I will manage to lose some weight and to avoid those torments of Tantalus...
